I have not seen anyone mention it, but I saw the USGA has officially changed its stance on TV viewers calling in penalties. You now may change your score before the start of the next round on any hole and adjust your total score for a 2 stoke penalty.

Johnson got a 2 stroke penalty for being late to the first tee at Riviera Thursday. The mix up was supposedly his caddies fault. He got confused between the Pro-Am and the actual tourney. He had to run up the hill to the first tee, and was 10 seconds from being disqualified.
