You can list all the reasons why you think he will win the Master's if you want to but I'm going out on a limb and predicting that Phil Mickelson will not be putting on another green jacket on Sunday. There is too much parity these days for him to a) go back to back at the same tournament and b) go back to back two weeks in a row.

I understand how your handicap is calculated. This post is focused on the rounds used to make that calculation. Under the title "How is the USGA Handicap Calculated" on this site under the heading "How many Rounds Used", it states the following "20 Rounds in the last year, use the best 10 rounds".

PING EYE 2's...what do you think?

Watching the Sony Open on the Golf Channel I saw where John Daly has three Ping Eye 2 wedges in his bag this year....these wedges have the old square grooves in them. Because of a "loophole" these wedges are legal despite the intent to eliminate square grooves. These clubs were grandfathered in back in 1999 I think and because the golf rules allowed them the current groove rules don't apply to them.

After reading and posting to several blogs and forums on which golf balls players use or prefer, I thought of a question I had never considered. I used to lose alot of golf balls, as is the case with all new golfers, but now I rarely lose a ball - maybe once out of 3 or 4 rounds.
