You kinda beat me to the predictions punch. Mine is that he won't even finish in the top 5, maybe even the top 10.

Y. E. Yang is killing it right on course. After a bogey on the back 9 he went Eagle, Par, Birdie, Birdie and is now tied or the lead at -7. He is playing very well. And he knows the pressure of winning at a major and holding off the best in the world.

Not saying he will win...But he sure does look good right now.

Phil will do well this weekend, very well actually, but no I don't see him winning either. I don't think he'll ever win another major sadly. I mean what could top what happened last year? Talk about your last major win being the greatest of all. I also don't think Tiger will win, but like Phil, he will definitely be up there and we'll be seeing a lot of red and black Sunday afternoon on our HDTV's. I still think McDowell will do it just because he's played so well and knows how to get it done. With the names Mickelson and Woods right behind him.

I read a thought-provoking comment on a different website along the same lines by dominic0304 ---

You are right Phil won't defend his title and he'll be chhoking back tears when he is slipping the jacket onto Tiger's shoulders once again and waving goodbye to his last chance at snagging the #1 ranking.

and for full disclosure... i did pick him in the pick 4 game due to the exceedingly high number of others who picked him so as not to lose ground....just in case....haha
