As an administrator of vTour events, I would like the ability to publish the the leaderboard for the event once all of the scores have been posted. Currently, the tournament administrator has to submit a support ticket to get this operation completed.

I have always gone in under "Edit Event Details" and changed the "Status" to "Results Posted". It put the leaderboard up.

That said, however...

This season players posting a score have a 2 step process.
1. They need to post the scores to the vTour using the "Post a Score" button on the event page.
2. Then they need click on the "My Event Profile" button on the event page and click the "Assign Score" button next to the score. At this point it will ask if they want to replace the score for the event with this one. Say yes. And yes, clearly the sire is broken there - but that will get the score into the scores list.

That will do the trick!

OK, all that said, I can never get the members to do all that. Mainly because step 2 is silly. (It would really help if the vTour Administrator could add any score for anyone.) I just don't bother. I enter everyone who played scores' into a spreadsheet that has the vTour formula in it. The I post an image of the spreadsheet at the top of the event page. Yes, crazy stuff.

Hopefully someone will fix all this someday.

I don't understand why we have to use spreadsheets and other workarounds when the software should simply work.
