I've been trying to access my stats info for the last two days and I keep getting error messages. Suggestions...?

JD, sure enough. I saw your post and see I'm getting the same behavior, so I submitted a trouble ticket on this. In the future, you can do the same. Just click on the Customer Support hyperlink at the bottom of each page and then follow the information for submitting a ticket.

I'm on it... Appreciate the help. I submitted a support ticket days ago on this. I didn't wanna waste people's time here. Maybe we get better response in the forums? Either case this site has been frustrating for this new user. Love the site when it works, but it is broken way too often. |

Seems the problem is tougher than hoped. It is still down. I don't mean to pile on, but a year and a half after the clean sheet implementation of the new site this still happens quite a bit. Seems like there is something more required.

Seems like there is something more required. Seems to be OK this morning, takes a little while to load up. I'm guessing it has to compile a data set, once it comes up everything is just a click away. |

Now nothing is working. I can't get a single stat to work....never mind I found the small link to the "new reporting console" might want to make that more obvious.
