How many balls do you carry in your bag during a round. I carry 6, when I hit the 3 mark at any given time, I reload 3 more.

JUST 4..More than 4,than you just need to GO HOME! Hahahahaha ... I remember way back when when I used to worry about having enough balls to finish a round. I was around a 12, but anybody who knows handicaps knows "12" means only half the time I was a 12 -- the rest of the time I was a 25, and I didn't know where it was going from anywhere outside of about 170. Nowadays if I lose more than one ball during a round, I start to pout. But I still carry at least 12-15 out of habit. |

6-8 used balls plus 1-2 sleeves of new balls. I also carry a Twilight Tracer for when we tee off early in the mornings. |

anywhere between 3-6 of my Bridgestones...and 6-12 Callaways.
Before the 2011 season began, I scored 8 dozen Callaway Tour i (z)s used but in perfect shape for about $35 (just one of those auctions that slipped past everyone's attention)...then as the season began, I wound up falling in love with the Bridgestones...so if I run out of my "good" balls, I still have some pretty decent backups (I still have about 6.5 dozen of the Callaways). |

I carry a sleeve of 3 new balls and 6 used balls. But sometimes come home with more as I find some along the way. Go figure.

2 sleeves of new play balls, 2 sleeves of practice balls to warm up with (usually balls that I've played a round with) and not more than 10 junkies. I find them all the time at my course but once it gets over 10 I take them in the house clean and bag them up. I've been thinking of once I get enough to group them up and sell them on Ebay and give it to some sort of charity.

I am ashame to say this, but one time I emptied my bag to practice chipping and I had 61 balls. That happens to me a few times a year. If I play a bunch of rounds in successive days, find a bunch of balls and play well enough not to lose any balls, my ball total can bust 40 easy. My "chipping-ball bag" adds to it. I keep a bag of about 10 old tour-level balls in my bag just for chipping and pitching practice. Sometimes THAT thing expands to 20-plus, but I like to keep it at 10. |

If I lose those 3-6 Bridgestones during the round, I've probably declared a "southerly" movement in the game, and moved on to the Callaways, lol. But there have been times where if I have a scary tee shot (lotsa water or narrow fairway with OB everywhere) I'll switch. When you pay $35 for 8 dozen vs $42 for one dozen, you tend to try to protect those little pink or yellow Fabrege Eggs for as long as possible...especially with my income and handicap, lol. |

About 12 TO 18. Most all new. I carry that many to keep my staff bag pockets full and to form. Will not use a found ball. A ball that I use and scuff up from wedge shots I will toss. I can usually get 2 rounds out of a ball. Sometimes 3. Don't like any ink marks on a ball either, as most like to putt with the line marked, I do not.

I start out with about 6 balls I intend to play with and 9-12 chipping balls to warm-up with. then I find a bunch of ball. The top line balls I put in my bag and the others I just throw in the trunk and 15 turns to 50 real quick. |
