That's awesome! Three days? Dammit! Closest I'll get to that was in 2006, I saw the final round of The Players in Pontre Vedra Beach. That course was incredible in person, I can't imagine what Augusta would look like in person.

Congrats....

Congrats Scott.

I know people that know people that know people. So I'm hoping that the trickle down effect comes through to those people that know people that know people. And that the the people that know people will hand a ticket to the person that I know to graciously hand me one. I'd be forever grateful. But for now I'm sitting back patiently waiting and plotting out a 10 hour drive south.

But then again, I know a member at Merion and have never been invited in 20 years and he knows full well that I play. Played Merion with someone who works there who is granted ONE round a year now. So I'm used to having my dreams shattered. I don't get my hopes to high. Thought I'd be playing a Pro-Am this year and that didn't happen either. I guess it's not who you know, it's who you bl....nevermind. I'll just keep waiting.

Me and my sis. She has taken up golf in the last few years and lives in Charleston. Looking forward to hanging out with her. She is in the Coast Guard and i don't get to see her as much as I would like.

I think the most important point to remember about having a good contact with connections is not piss them off.

I've yet to be invited, but I have more patience than a plastic surgeon in New Jersey.

Oh I know. My connection has no idea about this site or even my screen name so I'm safe.

Don't worry Vince, I'm working on it with Dennis and Greg as we speak. We need to get a really fun group to go there and meet Scott. I'll try my best to get a lot of tickets so we can invite Joe, AG, Jerry, Daniel, COG, Tags, Harris, J Hunt, Greg... Am I forgetting anyone??
