Me and some guys have a trip to Pinehurst May 23-26. $375 covers all golf and lodging. we will be playing 4 different courses, with the final day at The Dormie Club. It is over $200 alone to play there by itself. We still have 8 spots to fill(44 total), so if any of you Carolina boys( or any one else for that matter) are interested, just shoot me a message. Payment is not due until 30 days from start of trip. You can just call them and pay directly over the phone.

A friend of mine owns the Dormie Club. His name is Bobby Hansen and he lived in Pinehurst in Donald Ross' old home.

I thought you were a decendant of Don Ross?

    Scott,
I just happen to be on the site and saw your post. My brother-in-law and I live in Fort Lauderdale and are interested in your Pinehurst trip. What kind of group are you guys?, and is there anywhere I can get more info like what courses are you playing, where are you staying etc.
    Thanks for any info

Hey man, I'm glad you are interested in the trip. We are just a bunch of golf nuts that try to do a few trips a year. The itinerary is as followed:

5/23/16-Noon tee times at Whispering Pines(River Course
    5/24/16-9:00 tee times at Legacy
5/25/16- 10:00 tee times Dormie CLub
5/26/216- 9:00 tee times at The Preserve at Jordan Lake

The rooms are at the Comfort Inn in Pinehurst, N.C. . The price is $379 per person and needs to be paid before 4/23/16. If you are interested, I can gee you the number to call, and you can pay directly to the hotel with our group number. The Dormie Club has caddies available, but the must be arranged with the course in advance(for another fee)

The Preserve is is a pretty good ways from Pinehurst. Its only about 30 minutes from my house and located just off of hwy 64. Its a really nice course though.

Absolutely. There is going to be golfers of all calibers going. It is strictly a fun trip. There will be some minor betting, but nothing mandatory. Your job Tyronne, is to bring the crack!

You are right Jessie, we are actually playing the Preserve on the way back home. We pass through there coming back to Virginia Beach.

I'm interested in this trip if you have room. Are the prices you have posted based on a double occupancy type of thing? I ask because my wife has been wanting to go back to NC. If I went with her, will the prices change?

Thanks for any more info you can give me.
