With that, sounds like The Players will return to its original March date in the Florida swing. Thoughts and feelings?

Good move. 4 majors in 4 months instead of skipping a month. The Players just doesn't have the same appeal as a major. So put that in March to get our taste buds working~

I love it. It brings the possibility of the PGA moving to more courses in the South. Major Championships coming back to Florida would be very cool.

Don't kid yourself.. this all about money and timing.. They want to get FedEx Cup over with before NFL season starts but losing Whistling Straits and Hazeltine in the rotation. (My sources are Golf Channel and Hooters Magazine.. just the articles)
