ELIGIBILITY
You must be a member in good standing of the Stracka Friends Golf Tour to participate in this event. A member in good standing is defined as a member who has paid their Entry Fee. DECLARING, PLAYING & POSTING YOUR ROUND Declarations MUST be posted on this event webpage in the COMMENTS section below. Players will play two 18 hole rounds which can be played as multiple 9 hole rounds. You MUST declare in advance where and when you will be playing your rounds. Your rounds MUST be played on a course that has a USGA Slope & Rating and is at least a par 65 course. You MUST play your rounds during the tournament window. You MUST post your scores on your USHandicap profile. You MUST post your rounds as a Tournament round (T-Score). You MUST post your rounds no later than 48 hours after the end of the tournament. Rounds not declared in advance or not played or posted as per these rules will be disqualified. In the event that you are unable to play your declared rounds, contact Ethan Fisher (cogolfer1) with the reasons for your situation. He will decide whether or not you will be allowed to re-declare your rounds. SCORING Scoring will be by the Net Target Score Method. Net Target Score = Gross Score - Target Score Target Score = Course Rating + Course Handicap This method takes into consideration your individual handicap as well as the slope and rating of the course being played. The decimal place is retained from the Course Rating to ensure that there is a lower chance of a tie. POINTS DISTRIBUTION 1st Place - 200 points 2nd Place - 150 points 3rd Place - 125 points 4th & Lower Places - TBD based on field size This is the last event of the season and everything's up for grabs. Fairways and greens! |
