ELIGIBILITY
-You must be a member in good standing of the Stracka Friends Golf Tour to participate in this event. -A member in good standing is defined as a member who has paid their Entry Fee. -SFGT Home Page: http://www.ushandicap.com/golf.. DECLARING, PLAYING & POSTING YOUR ROUND -Declarations MUST be posted on this event webpage in the COMMENTS section below. -Players will play an 18 hole round which can be played as two rounds of 9 holes. -You MUST declare in advance where and when you will be playing your round. -Your round MUST be played on a course that has a USGA Slope & Rating and is at least a par 65 course. -You MUST play your round during the tournament window. -You MUST post your score on your USHandicap profile. -You MUST post your round as a Tournament round (T-Score). -You MUST post your round no later than 48 hours after the end of the tournament. -Rounds not declared in advance or not played or posted as per these rules will be disqualified. -In the event that you are unable to play your declared round, contact Ethan Fisher (cogolfer1) with the reasons for your situation. I will decide whether or not you will be allowed to re-declare your round. SCORING -Scoring will be by the Net Target Score Method. -Net Target Score = Gross Score - Target Score -Target Score = Course Rating + Course Handicap -This method takes into consideration your individual handicap as well as the slope and rating of the course being played. -The decimal place is retained from the Course Rating to ensure that there is a lower chance of a tie. -The two players from each team's net score will be combined to form the team's final score. TEAMS -Teams were created based on placement in the SFGT standings. 1st was paired with last, 2nd was paired with 2nd to last, etc. Players who are either injured or noticeably absent from the site were excluded from this contest. -If a player's partner does not play, then the one player's score will be doubled to create a final score. -Team 1: cogolfer1/HOGAN418 -Team 2: VinceDaddy845/PhilippeR -Team 3: Mongo68/DM3 -Team 4: JayPet/SH0E -Team 5: wvu2011nj/Egor -Team 6: Golfandsoccer/Zackary Briggs PONTS DISTRIBUTION 1st Place- 75 points 2nd Place- 50 points 3rd & lower places- TBD based on field size. |
