New chairman and want to setup Vtour event

Hello I just took over as a chairman and I want to start setting up tournaments for my club. think the first thing I want to do is set up a vtour event. Where can I get simple and easy to follow instructions? I have been clicking around this site and am getting overwhelmed with how to find information.

go to your club page, select event calendar ( left ) and go from there.
