Question for admin or other chairmen---
Are you seeing the scores for the v-tours as they are posted? Does the score card say if it was used for a v-tour? Do we need to assign random teams if any score or course can be used? The reason I ask is I can see a few entrants have posted scores using the TI designation and the score is for a declared round but I am not seeing any score in the event admin "scores list". When I look at the score card I can see that it is a "tournament, internet" posting and attested but cannot see anything that shows it is designated to the v-tour event? |

Racer, same here. Even when players use the link - it is not listed in the scores section on the vTour Admin page.
The only way I have found for a player to get it there is: Have the player post the score as they have in the past (a T score) but not specifying the vTour. Then, they can go to the event page, click on their name/entry at the bottom in the "Player List" section. Then they can assign the score they posted to the event. At least before, a player could select the event when posting and it worked. To any admin... What would be a huge improvement for vTour coordinators is if we could go to a player and assign a score to the vTour. An example would be, player A posts a T score at the venue (or any venue if acceptable.) Then the coordinator of the event could assign that score to the event. -- This is not to say we don't want the player to be able to handle it them self as previously possible... |
