Been taking me 3-4 tries to login and my info/password are saved into my computer so I know they are entered correctly.

As you may know, the internet is primarily solar powered. As a result it tends to be slower at this time of year due to the decrease of available sunlight. Also, as the weather turns colder the electrons become more sluggish with the resulting slowing of the internet. Naturally this effect is reversed in the southern hemisphere and ought to result in faster internet connections in Brazil and Australia. The solution obviously is to move!

As silly as this will sound, I actually have no problems with the site when it's sunny out, but when the night comes around, this site gets painfully slow. Truth be told. You might be onto something, Otter....

Its that 6th sense all animals have. Why do think all the elephants and crap headed for the mountains just before that tsunami in the Indian Ocean on the day after Christmas of 2004?

Actually Ethan that can happen, especially if you get your Internet service through cable. You and your neighbors are all on the Internet and your bandwidth is not unlimited. Thus you are cutting the pie into smaller pieces.

Maybe its a regional thing. Works fine and fast here. Then again, this is sunny South Florida.

No site performance issues here that I've noticed. Oh Buck, don't use that nasty word upgrade...remember it was simply an extensive rewrite to accommodate a new database resulting in the elimination of some previous well-liked features while introducing new one's that are less well-liked by many...just saying.

I think that the 7 people constantly playing the games is what's slowing the site...

That has to be it, all that bandwidth being used to run those games and the massive calculations involved in the payouts.

THANK YOU!!! Glad to hear I'm not the only one with this problem. I have the same problem with 2 different computers at 2 different locations. But it's only when I get on the site for the first time of the day, after that it's fine.
