This is more of a question than a suggestion, but how do I post blogs? I've blogged elsewhere, but under the "blogs" heading, even "my blogs", I don't see a place to post a new blog. Thanks in advance for the help.

Yes it's unfortunate. Now if you want to post something noteworthy or newsworthy, but not necessarily something for discussion, your only option is to post a new discussion forum topic. The administrators can post blogs and do, but not very often and a fair percentage of the time they are really ads.

Only club chairmen can post blogs now. What a drag..... Yeah, sore subject. I see it in a larger societal context in which the expressive freedoms of individual citizens are curtailed by the overlord machine state which touts the benefits of increased security for the masses. I could go on, or you can just read Orwell... |

Bleacher Report for 1, although I haven't put anything up in a while, the last post i put up is here: http://www.t-s-b-n.com/pt/Litt.. I haven't really had time to put anything up for quite a while, but I was curious about the topic of blogging since I've only been here since January. |

Actually, I'm just a guy that thinks I can do anything I want as long as it doesn't interfere with anyone else's rights. I don't find a lot of use in complaining about something that I have chosen to partake in. If I don't like something, I don't participate. I don't join in and them complain when things aren't done my way. Kind of like people in Albuquerque complaining when the city won't annex someone else's property for a public use but immediately complain when the city wants to annex their own property. I guess it just depends on whose ox is being gored at any particular time. |

I guess it just depends on whose ox is being gored at any particular time. Well, I don't know much about the property situation in Albuquerque. I actually had a difficult time spelling Albuquerque... I do know that I have a perfect right to complain about whatever I want to. I also feel that if no one complains, the powers that be can be forgiven for thinking that every one is just as happy as a clam with everything. It's not that I think anything will change, but I feel better knowing my views are at least know once in awhile. I also know that I, for one, take a fairly dim view of being handed the tired old line that if I don't like it, why don't I go somewhere else?? See, in a typical old west fashion that would probably not be out of place in Albuquerque, I'm OK with standing up for myself and letting my opinions be known. No, I think I'll just stay right here where I am and have a little say-so when I git's a notion to. If'n Y'all don't mind... And no offence taken or offered, it's just a civil diss-cussin and exchange of views. I ain't dissin, and I ain't cussin... Peace! |

Where would this world be if no one complained and stood up for themselves and then just when elsewhere? Would the U.S. be called West Britian? Would we still have slavery? Would this be like the Middle East where Women are possesions? Hmmmm? Interesting to think about to me. |

Didn't mean to offend. Trust me, if I don't think something is right, I'm willing to complain. I've actually been chastised for complaining on here. And as I indicated, I was asked to go elsewhere if I did't like the new look of the site. Remember that?
I was just pointing out the obvious, that we do always have an option. |
