I've created a lefty golfers group so we can all get together and laugh at those wierd handed folks out there :)

Thanks! Here's a story that I'm sure you'll both enjoy. Not golf-related, but lefty related. In my previous company, I used to travel a lot, and when I was in San Diego, there were about 30 from my company on this project. One night, about 10 of us went to dinner, and out of those 10, 9 of us were lefty! We told the righty that he had to sit at the end of the table so he won't "get in our way"! After talking abou this with the others that didn't go to dinner that night, we found out that out of the 30 us of, 15 were lefty!

I once got grouped with 3 guys..Walked to the first tee and laughingly found out that 3 of us were leftys. The righty finally got to find out how lonely it can be. awesome! did you make fun of the righty for standing on the wrong side of the ball? :) |

Hi, my name is Rod Z. being a right minded person I would like to change the way we teach golf instruction. I think that we should do away with the words right and left, and replace them with leading & trailing if we did this the right minded people would not have to dicifer what the left minded people are trying to teach us. HAVE GREAT DAY! OUTRAGEOUS It is an interesting concept.... I dunno if it'll stick but i'll throw in my support :) |

lol Orlando..I said very little about his being the lone "righty". My silence spoke volumes. Just a lil smile on my face. Now for his two buddies ?? They tore him up about it ALL through the round. Excellent fun and shot a decent round on top of it. A great time was had by all. Haha, I suppose the resounding silence is one approach, I think I would've kept trying to correct his stance, be like "ah, excuse me, but aren't you hitting on the wrong side of the ball?" Or "I think your grip is backwards" :) |
