Lefty Lefty who golfs righty I'm curious, I heard 10% of golfers are left-handed and I wanted to see if our community reflects it. I'm a lefty. |

I'm a lefty who plays righty. Growing up I was taught to bat right-handed and stuck with it, although I do throw left-handed, and could never get the hang of batting lefty, and continued it through golf.

Lefty. Every now and then someone will say "your on the wrong side". I just point out that its the right side. David Leadbetter is a friend 'o' lefties when it comes to instruction, http://www.thegolfchannel.com/... There is a whole series he has done on Lefties. Awesome, thanks for the link :) |

I'm mostly a lefty but I do two things right handed... golf and playing the guitar. I think mostly because there was no left-handed clubs or guitar around when I picked them up.

Righty, but my coach made me realize that I tend to address the ball holding the club in my left hand, which tends to put me in a closed stance (that's a bit odd). He'd rather have me put both hands on the club, or use the right hand when addressing the ball.
