I'm torn between Freddie smooth swing and Ernie's swing. But Tiger's power and imagination.

Jim Furyk's. It would be great taking abuse for it from my playing partners and then shoving it down their throats when I post a four-under total! ;-)

Freddie's swing, Tiger's head game.

Wow, I love Freddy's swing, but have you ever seen Sam Sneads? I'd rather have his.

I know this will not be a popular choice, but mine would be Colin Montgomerie. Say what you will about his play in majors, but he has a very repeatable swing. I probably favor it because out of all the tour pros, my swing is closest to his. He has a high two plane swing with a very smooth transition.

Of more recent players, I gotta say Steve Elkington, right around '96 or '97. That swing was unbeatable (to me).
Out of the old guard, Ben Hogan, undoubtedly. Although maybe without the cupped wrist...I hit a fade already, so that would give me the mother and father of all slices. |
