| I am head of R&D for Tour Lock OWT, here in Ventura CA. We make counter weights and adjustable internal shaft weights for golf clubs. The internal weights are new to the golf industry and are taking off all around the world. They are call Opti-Vibe shaft weights. They are used to optimize the static weight and balance point of a golf club to the individual. We have over 100 tour playe5rs using this weighting system.
