Welcome! Introduce yourself!

Where are you from?
What's your home course?
What's your handicap?
What's in your bag?

Hey Everyone!

My name is Dina, and I am new to golf. I am learning slowly as the weather here in Houston permits. I worked at a golf course as the beverage cart driver back in college, so I know lots about the game of golf, but you'd never know it by watching me "attempt" to play. Hopefully, in time I'll be able to post my scores without being embarrassed. Til then, wish me luck!

Welcome everyone!

I'm Chase and one of the administrators of Stracka.com

Currently, I split my time between Houston, TX, Rancho Santa Fe, CA, and Bethlehem, PA. I play golf as often as I can, no matter where I am. My handicap is about a 10 these days, and I play with all Titleist clubs and a Scotty Cameron Red-X putter.

Whenever I get a chance, my favorite course to play is The Bridges, in Rancho Santa Fe, CA:

Hi G.

My name is William, from Bellevue Washington ( just East of Seattle ), I like to call West Seattle My home course but currently I do not belong to any club. I play about 50 rounds of golf per year if not more, all over Western Washingon.
I used to carry a 7.4 index but right now I'm a 12 ( or somewhere about that ).
I'm rotating a few sets of clubs, currently I'm using Ben Hogan Apex and #2 CFT hybrid. Ping A blade putter ( weighted )and Alpha Reaction C830 V2 460 w/ Accuflex Evolution X flex.

Hey golfers. I'm glad you are here with me.
I'm one of the Stracka.com admins - so if you have any questions with this site, let me know. I'm happy to help any time. Aside from programming this wonderful place ;-) - I like to play golf, though I don't get out as much as I would like. Probably b/c I like my work more. (wink)

I shoot in the 80's - but I haven't established a handicap. I used to have a wicked slice - but a friend of mine gave me a tip and now I have a nice draw(hook).

If I get to play once a week, I'm playing too much....according to my wife. However, if you do find me on a course, I'm on Blackhorse in Cypress, Texas with my father-in-law.

My grandpa has been golfing ever since his doctor told him to when he was forty one. Hes seventy six now and golfs two or three rounds a day. He asked me to go one time and i accepted, only because i wanted to drive the golf cart. He let me play with his clubs and ever since that summer I've been hooked.

haha nice! I've drove the cart when I was a kid too!

Good morning. I look forward to meeting everyone. My name is Stephen Moore from Lebanon, Ohio. Shaker Run and Harmon GC's are my primary golfing homes. Although when I have an opportunity to host an outing with customers, there are any number of great places to play within a 50 mile radius.

I play to a 4 handicap (not from the tips however) and walk as often as I am able. This is my first effort in this type of golf networking and I linked here from pgatour.com. Monday's, here at the office, are a great time to catch up on what happened in the world of golf over the weekend.

The weather here in SW Ohio is beginning to break a bit and many are ready to play. Have a great week!

Hi everyone! I've been a member here for about a month and a half and never came here to introduce myself. I recently move to the Phoenix area back in February from California. I've been playing golf off and on for about 6 or so years, but never dedicated any time to it until after I moved here back in February. I finally started to get a little more serious abou the game, bought some instructional DVD's to fix a couple of things, and starting to get a little better. Now, I play once a week with a buddy from work, and try to get better every time... of course that's easier said than done, but you do what you can right?

If anyone lives in the Phonix area and has any good tips on local course, I'd love to hear from you.

Hi everyone, I'm Nick, just moved to Denver from London. Came across this site when I was looking for somewhere to track my (USGA) handicap for free. Looks cool!

Currently playing off 12. No home course at the moment, and actually only been out twice since I got here 2 months ago. Loving the golf at altitude though!!
