So for all you golf pros. What is the most important aspect of the swing,weight shift,and uncoil or hand release coil

I don't qualify as the authority on this, but I don't think you can point to any 1 single thing as most important. Maybe the brain? Everything needs to work together regardless of what type of swing you use. How about the low point of the swing arc? That could be one of the most important factors.

The perfect swing is usually your practice swing.

The most important part of the swing is impact. It's the only time the club touches the ball. If the clubface and swing path are correct AT IMPACT, the shot will be good.
The problem is, there are SO many ways to get to the correct impact position. But whichever swing keys you choose to "guide" your swing, never lose sight of the real job at hand: to make the ball go at the target. |
