Golf Glove Rash?

I've worn both synthetic & leather gloves. It seems that either one I wear, my glove hand (left) appears drier and flakier than my right hand; even days after. I play golf about once a week, and keep the glove on my hand from driver, and I take it off to putt, and sometimes to chip. In the summer (here in Arizona) I take the glove off between shots to allow the glove to dry off.

I'm wondering if anyone else has a similar situation, and what they did, or products they used to keep the golf glove from affecting the skin on their hand.

May not be the glove. Some gloves have powder inside the glove to make it slide on easier. Where I worked we had gloves with powder and some without. Lots of employees got a rash from the powdered gloves.

I would suggest buying some new grips on Bestgrips.com. They are all natural leather grips and treated with a tackiness that hasn't worn off on mine after 6 months. I don't use gloves on my irons and wedges. I do on my woods because I haven't converted my woods to the new grips yet.

Sounds like you may have jock itch on your hand. You don't by chance have a hole in your pocket do you?

LOL.

It could be a jellyfish sting. Try pissing on your hand.

Simple - don't wear a glove.

My buddy got stuck by a catfish barb and the Park Ranger told him hot water would ease the pain. He suggested that he pee on his own leg. I offered to do it for him......
