I wanted to compile a list of the bug reports here and let you know the status of each:

Fixed Items

1: Club Files are Missing (Fixed)
2: Reply Button on Message Missing (Fixed)
3: Print Handicap Card (Fixed)
4: Score Attestations missing (Restored)
5: My Courses (Restored)
6: Loading Tees bug when trying to edit score. (Fixed)
7: Report Summary is now loading.
8: Multiple notifications (Fixed @ 9:52pm CST)
9: Blog posting available for chairmen.
10: Club Chair score posting by proxy (Fixed)
11: Chat is back online.
12: Handicap Trend is back online.

In Progress

1: Club Stats

Design Changes

1: Login Button (Will address soon.)
2: Blog post access has been disabled unless you are a club chairperson. Please use the Forums to facilitate discussion.
3: Activity points are still awarded for the same activity as before. We are no longer keeping a daily history.
4: Scores posted in/out of season are now managed automatically. This is based on the the course played, and it's state golf association. If a score is posted at a course that is out of season, that score will not be applied to the handicap. It is not based on the member's golf club season.
5: Club Calendar - Old calendar items will not be inherited by the new site. If you need to access your old data, you can see an old version here: http://legacy.stracka.com - Note, if you make any data changes here, they will not be visible in your live account.
Club chairmen now have the ability to set up vTour events for their club and manage the entirety of the event, including setting leaderboards and disqualifying individuals.

If your Handicap Index has changed, please be aware that when we moved the data, we had to re-combine all 9-hole rounds. If your rounds are combined differently, then your handicap could adjust minimally.

If your Handicap Index is significantly different, or your last revision was not computed, let us know and we will look into your account to see if there is a conflict.

Thanks for all your feedback.

I noticed in the clubs calendar, we now can only post tournaments. What about club picnics, important dates, meetings.

Essentially, a club is now just a group. It really can't be managed.

Why not use your club's home page to post non-tournament events ... works just as well.

The link to request a refund and/or cancel an automatic renewal is broken. From the Customer support page, FAQs, this is what it leads to:

http://www.ushandicap.com/supp..

and that does not work. It figures!

It appears to me at this was the only method available to stop an automatic renewal from the website itself and it does not work! So, how else are we supposed to cancel? Do we have to pick the phone (no published number...), write a letter (really, in this day and age ?), send a ticket via the web site (it probably goes to the bit bucket anyway), get the BBB involved, what?

I have never seen a major change at a web site handled so poorly, from a customer stand point. That says something.

I noticed that too. I sent a request to cancel auto-renew via the customer support link at the bottom of the page. Have not heard back yet, but it was only yesterday afternoon. My request has nothing to do with the recent site (ahem, cough, cough) 'upgrade', I'm just using a different handicap service this year.

I understand the thought, but over a few months, the events get very low on the page. It simply is not a "calendar of events". I guess I could use the files section. The old blogs worked OK for this.

In an earlier post I mentioned that you could not select your primary golf club (if you are a member of multiple clubs). Now, under USGA Clubs - My Clubs -there is a button to do this, which is nice. But, as expected, it does not work, which is not so nice.

Maybe 1 more post here today since my last post does not count towards my two "items" per day ;-)

Green Reader and Company. I know that this is a difficult time, but I think there needs to be a post on here every couple of days letting people know how this is going and when we can expect to get back to some semblance of normalcy. You are losing trust by the bucket load right now and so some additional communication, especially to people who have been with you for years would go a long way. Thanks

Green Reader,

One thing I noticed yesterday is the some of the courses have changed are our out of date.

Lake Shawnee (in Topeka) -- Hole Number 8 is not a par 3.
North Topeka Sports Center - Isn't on the Course List
Cypress Ridge CC - was changed during the software update in early march to the course old name of Topeka Public.

I don't know if anyone else has seen this issue or not.

But thanks for your hard work. My handicap has returned.
