Here it's 85. And inside my house it's 85 also! Dammit!
There goes another 5k tomorrow! Ah, the beauty of living in South Florida...... May have to break out the 'Gold Bond' powder....lol. |

All I know is this is driving me crazy. It's late at night and I can't sleep because it is over 90 degrees inside my house! My Air conditioner took a crap yesterday and it sucks. Hopefully tomorrow night we will be up and running again. South Florida is beautiful, as long as your AC runs! Don, you are old enough to tell us young'uns every "back in my day" story there is. No A/c can't be that bad. I can tell you a back in the day is that box fans in the windows don't cool you off all day/night long in the summer. But running through water with a fire hydrant open does. |

We had no AC when I was a kid and the summers were brutal. But as a kid it doesn't seem as hot as it does when you're older.

Glad to report now that it is 75 degrees inside. Yes, 5k later. I can finally sleep sweat free!
Now I have but a little less than 2 months to save my pennies so I can attend the NGT! It always seems to be something......... |

Hot, very hot today. Then the thunderstorm rolled through which lasted 20 minutes, temp went down to 75. Had hail the size of a dime bouncing off my car. Then the sun came out and the temps are raising again. Who ever pissed off Mother Nature, you better make it right, and quick!
