Retired and looking to play. Is the tour still active?

The 2012 SWOGA season kicks off Noon Saturday April 21st at Hillview Golf Club in Cleves' Ohio. The event cost is a ridiculously low price of $25 for 18, a cart and a $10 PP prize pool! We have found alot of great deals this year, but this is one of the best values we will offer all season so if you want to play, don't delay. There are no membership fees to play with us so come on out and give SWOGA a try- you'll be glad you did!

There is still no membership fees required to join and all our events cost less than $50 and INCUDE prize pools of up to $10 per player for each event. Still have several events left on the calendar for 2011. Next weekend (Sunday Sept 18th) , we will return to Walden Ponds GC for a $40, $10 per person prize pool event. After that, we will be visiting Shaker Run for a $50, $10 PP prize pool event. In October, we will be going to Indian Ridge in Oxford Ohio and we will return to Walden Ponds to close out the 2011 season. We are working with Brown's Run currently to reschedule our last event which was rained out. We are targeting Sunday August 7th for our next outing. If not Brown's Run, it will probably be Majestic Springs in the Lebanon/Wilmington area. Just found this group yesterday... looks PERFECT for me. When's the next event?

Looking forward to playing at beautiful Brown's Run Country Club on Sunday July 24th. We have 18 players currently registered so it's sure to be a GREAT event. I can't wait to shank my first drive!

Had a nice day of weather for our Memorial day Outing at beautiful Walden Ponds Golf Course. 14 players battled over $140 in Swoga credits and the big winner was John Cullen bagging two skins, 2 CTP's , 2 Halved Skins and winning the Olympian which earned John $56.50 in Swoga credits that he can use to pay for his next round (or two) of golf! Nicely played John!!!

We have rebooked Crooked Tree for Sunday June 5th. We have 12 teetimes available and the cost is a very reasonable $30. Up to $120 in SWOGA credits will be on the table so make your plans to join us at one of the more interesting layouts in the Tri-State!

Still have 3 spots available for Walden Ponds on Memorial Day! Teetime is 1 PM and the cost is $35. Up to $160 in SWOGA credits will up for grabs so make your reservations today to join us for the fun. This is the biggest event we have had to date so don't miss out!

We are currently taking reservations for WALDEN PONDS for Monday May 30, 2011 (Memorial Day). Our teetime is 1 PM and the event cost is $35. This includes a $10 per participant sidegame pool, your 18 hole greensfee and a cart. There is no membership fees to join and you are immediately eligible to earn SWOGA Credits the first time you play with us so what is keeping you from checking SWOGA out? Next weekend (May 21-May22nd,2011) we will be visiting Crooked Tree Golf Course in Mason, Ohio. Have not decided on Saturday afternoon or Sunday afternoon as of yet but the event cost will be $30 (this INCLUDES the prize pool contribution!) and the SWOGA Credit pool will be $10 per participant!

Sorry we have been away because we use Oobgolf primarily these days, but SWOGA is still alive and kicking in 2011. What is the only winter weather conditions you'll consider worthy of playing? I will tee it up around 35 degrees and sunny.
