in light of recent decisions to golf at other venues, the group moderator has changed the name from mesa verde early birds to orange county early birds. no second was required per the yet to be written bylaws. this also benefits the moderator due to his pending relocation being in south county, but still in orange county, and as such abiding by the geographical preference. lastly, the moderator would like to golf in yorba linda and surrounding foothills which are also within the bounds of orange county.
