Traditionally I never played in shorts , but this time I did, Mexico hot hot hot so shorts it was. # 14 is one of the longest par 5's in Mexico tee shot either play it over a gully 200 + yds out or play safe to the right of the fairway ( God hates a coward :-) ) Well lost ball drop tee side of gully, 3rd shot little push ... yup same gully only 200yds further up the fairway. Lost ball drop again 5th shot cooked it over the green on the beach another lost ball 7th shot well I must say it was a brain cramp 20ft to the green and a chilly dip !@#$%%^%$%#@ shot # 8 chipped on and settled for a 2 putt Moose . Wasn't feeling to happy going to the par 3 15th little breeze behind us so took a 7 iron and must have been so relaxed perfect shot one bounce 3 ft roll and disappeared . Even the Mexican workers were yelling and shouting ,40 yrs of playing golf closest I came was 3 or 4 inches finally got my little truffle what a feeling. Best thing was the green fees included all snacks and refreshments so didn't cost me a cent lol. From a Moose to an Ace go figure golf is such a funny game !!! Hope all those that don't have one yet get it soon.
