280 yd drive uphill on #2 is pretty stout! Did you stay in your shoes or hit two sprinkler heads?

Remind me not to text Vince anymore after doing so well on the first few holes .... it jinxed me.

Starter (cool guy Steve!) saw me stuck behind a slow 3-some, and decided to escort me all over the course to squeeze in holes where I could. It was an interesting adventure, but it was not a recipe for continuing the good golf I started with. Felt like I was rushing to get out of people's way. Can't even remember the order of holes I played. Starter got a kick out of it though .....
