Played with a guy Paul who plays at King City 2-3 times per week on a nice Friday noontime round. I started off with two GIRs....got kind of in my head about the speed of the greens (finally got that turned around at the end making a 15-foot fringe putt on 8). The curse of starting great struck...especially after a great shot on 5 clipped the trees and led to a triple double double stretch. Chipping was very good, including getting a long chip to within 1 foot on 9. M 5 (1st 5I but ultimately useless)
