7/8/2017 7:40:41 PM Too many penalties. Also, played with a guy who was so slow. We should have been penalized but the tournament direct showed pity and didn't. But playing with him was very distracting. Also, very humid and I was sweating more than normal. On the back nine, everything started cramping; my calves, hands, hip, thigh. I literally locked up on at least 8 swings due to the muscle cramps. This year, I had to start taking high blood pressure medication and I can tell; it shows. I cannot stay focused and have no patience. I'm starting to believe that I will not be able to play competitive golf while I'm on medication. It appears to be too much for my body to deal with; the medication to keep my pressure down and then trying to keep me sharp and focused; feels like an impossibility now. I'm playing horribly during tournaments. Thinking about stopping until I can get off my medication. We'll see. |
