So our little experiment was fun. Pulled my complete hickory set off the wall and finally played a round them them. My buddy has a set as well. Since we were using 100 year old clubs and era correct balls, we played the forward tees. I enjoyed the round and actually hit the clubs pretty good. I was expecting to shoot around 125 and lose at least 5 balls since I have never even swung the clubs until the first tee shot. Got thru the entire round and didn't lose a ball ($8.00 each).
