This is not applied to handicap as the score is nowhere near accurate. This is the round where I had to play winter rules/preferred lies and take several mulligans as the course was in such poor shape, to call it "piss-poor" would be an undeserved compliment. All you need to know is I only counted 4 penalty strokes, when I KNEW the ball was either OB or down to Davy Jones' Locker... when I hit the fairway and could not find the ball, I did NOT penalize myself.
