Returning to the cold northeast is always more and more difficult after a trip to some sunny and warm destination. I'm still flipping through my pics to remind me it wasn't a dream. So, besides golf (which is a given) what do you guys enjoy seeing and doing when you take the family on vacation ?

The actual journey itself, especially the drive down I95. Normally take two days getting there and we make stops along the way. Once at Disney, I tend to play golf while the family enjoys the parks and the credit cards.

We took our first cruise last year (thanks Jay, for the shuttle service)and I think we are hooked. I really enjoyed being in a different place each day, the entertainment, being with family and free food at any hour of the day. It was a floating buffet! Ironically, golf wasn't even a thought all week long!
We've already booked our 2nd cruise to celebrate our 20th anniversary this coming April. Would be interesting to LIVE on a cruise ship. Think about it, a few hundred bucks a week for free food and entertainment, new dinner guests each week and you get to see the world! |

Every day is a vacation day for me. So I usually plan my vacation when I wake up in the morning. Nothing special. Just whatever the mood strikes me .
