I am a huge fan of V1 Golf. If you go through my pics you will see some still shots from my video analysis. It allows you to watch in slow motion, draw lines and circles, zoom, rewind and even compare to your favorite pro swings. I probably have enough info to teach myself. I just take a swing look at the film and make adjustments when necessary.

I checked these out and intend to download this to my ipod later today. Btw.. I can tell why you have a very low handicap. I will probably need help from my kids to figure out how to post them on my site...

I downloaded the software onto my Driod phone so I can watch my swing at any time. The key to a good video is positioning. You want the camera about waist high and aimed down the lines on line with your hands. Thank you for the compliment on my swing. It is on plane, but I still have some issues. Just remember a good short game makes up for almost all mistakes. One last bit of advice...I love to watch all of the pros swings on the V1 software, but try to find one that is closest to your swing. I like to watch Rory, Oosty, and Justin Rose, though if I had to pick I think Justin Rose has the most in common and we work on similar issues. |
