Is their a site where you can search by peoples names for USGA indexes?

Need one to search by name not number. A for effort though You CAN search by name on GHIN. The default search is by number, but click on the middle tab that says "Name and State" above where you enter the GHIN # that you saw. That will give you what you're looking for if their handicap is through GHIN. |

why don't you try golfnet.com. there is a link under the golfer tools tab and you should be able to find anyone in the country. |
