I lived down there for over 15 years. My heart breaks to see the flooding, homes lost, and even some lives lost. I feel very helpless just sitting here in my home. But maybe this is a time for someone else to step up; another group of people to step up and help out others. I will do whatever I can financially or prayerfully for that area..

I lived down there for over 15 years. My heart breaks to see the flooding, homes lost, and even some lives lost. I feel very helpless just sitting here in my home. But maybe this is a time for someone else to step up; another group of people to step up and help out others. I will do whatever I can financially or prayerfully for that area.. Felt similar last year during Mathew. Seeing on news and social media how local churches are loading trailers with supplies and heading to Texas. |

Just spoke with him. His house did flood last night but they were not home. They have been staying with family since Friday on higher ground. He is in good spirits. I relayed to him all of the thoughts and prayers from those on the site. He is grateful. Sadly he left his clubs at home and his beloved Scotty Cameron is underwater.
