I am beginning to notice a trend with my game. My work is very physical. When I try to p!ay after working 4 or more consecutive days without a day of rest I feel OK, but everything about my swing feels off. I have poor ball striking and struggle with directional control as well.
I am not working today, car shopping with my mother. Hopefully i will finish in time to visit the range later. Tomorrow afternoon I plan on playing with some other father's. Let's see if that rest helps. Are these the signs of getting old or symptoms of being a giant wuss? |

As soon as fatigue sets in either physical or mental and it could happen on the 7th hole or the 14th hole, start that sandwich you brought with you.make it last a hole or two. You'll find fatigue goes away and you might even improve your tempo 4 the round. Ham and cheese on rye or peanut butter banana mayonnaise!
