I am beginning to notice a trend with my game. My work is very physical. When I try to p!ay after working 4 or more consecutive days without a day of rest I feel OK, but everything about my swing feels off. I have poor ball striking and struggle with directional control as well.

I am not working today, car shopping with my mother. Hopefully i will finish in time to visit the range later. Tomorrow afternoon I plan on playing with some other father's. Let's see if that rest helps.

Are these the signs of getting old or symptoms of being a giant wuss?

As soon as fatigue sets in either physical or mental and it could happen on the 7th hole or the 14th hole, start that sandwich you brought with you.make it last a hole or two. You'll find fatigue goes away and you might even improve your tempo 4 the round. Ham and cheese on rye or peanut butter banana mayonnaise!
