None of the above! Grip should be NATURAL. Hang your hands in front of you as you would to grip a club. Whichever way the palms of your hands face is the natural way your tendons are. That should be the starting point for your golf grip! Adjust from that point according to your particular swing.

Neutral mostly, stronger on the driver. I still tend to close the club face after I take my grip.

Somewhere between neutral and strong.

I used to play with a strong grip but I have since changed to a neutral grip which allows the back of my left hand to mimic the angle of the leading edge of the club.

Neutral mostly, stronger on the driver. I'm like you Lee. I find that because of the ball being more forward the swing isn't as inside/out at impact requiring a slightly stronger grip to achieve the same shot shape. |

Instructors today seem to be emphasizing making sure the palms oppose each other. Do you try to reconcile the two or not? Most people's hands turn in some. |

Interesting topic for me. The main way that I have been shaping my shots has been with different grips. I do slightly modify my swing path depending on which shot I am trying to hit, but mostly my grip is affecting the shape. I know that this may not be the text book way of doing it, but it has really been working for me.
