If someone plays poor just to get a higher handicap or changes ttheir score card a little for that higher handicap are sandbaggers Then What are the guys called that don't count every shot or take that 4 foot putt as being good posts a score of 72 when it should be closer to 80.

I actually didn't think this was up for debate. As long as I can remember, someone that posts better scores than they actually shoot, is said to have a 'vanity cap'. I use the term all the time, cause half the time I play, my handicap card reads like a vanity plate :)

I just played with a guy this morning who was exactly like that. He cheated like there was no tomorrow. Not counting un playables, water balls,and 5 foot gimmies. When his buddy called him out on it he yelled at his buddy for keeping track of his score. Funny as hell. I could care less. Still funny though. Even his buddy was laughing at him.
