Ok Guy just a bit of information. I have put together a golf outing in the Pinehurst area for July 9-13,2012.Here is the package for our 2012 Pinehurst Outing. I am sending this out earlier enough so you all can get your monies and schedule right. I have 20 spots but can get more if needed so invite anyone you like. Just like last year you need to contact Julie Collins with your credit card information to reserve your room and spot. And the cost is listed below($380.00) 4 nights & 5 rounds of golf. Also what isn’t listed we will be playing one of the Pinehurst courses in the afternoon. I will not know which courses until we get there and the cost will be ($55.00) per day, per course (PINEHURST COURSES) Now this optional no one has to play in the afternoon unless you choose to.

I will mail the vouchers to present at the golf courses for admittance to play one month prior to your arrival.



Accommodations

I have reserved ten (10) non-smoking suites with two double beds at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott located in Pinehurst, NC. They expect you to arrive Monday, July 9, 2012 and depart Friday, July 13, 2012. Your confirmation numbers for lodging are 58782 through 58791.



I will charge your individual credit cards for $380 per golfer one month prior to your arrival. I will mail the receipts to you at that time. Your trip will be complimentary if you maintain a group of twenty or more golfers. Please have the other golfers call us toll-free at 1-877-284-3762 with their credit card information by June 5, 2012. Thank you!
