Madoff's conviction reminds me that I have not seen any thing of late about VJ and Stanford.  My first thought is that athletes may now need a Morals Clause to get out out from under contracts with sponsors.   The bad publicity follows VJ as he continues to wear the logo.  Eventually Stanford maybe found innocent, but where there is smoke there is usually fire.  Ok you lawyers,  does anyone know of any athletes that have a morals clause that will get them out of a contract ---when SPONSORS GO BAD?  Does an athlete have to honor his contract even if the sponsor is guilty and is a proven(found guilty) crook?  Has anyone heard if VJ has commented on the accusation?
