Here's the green of #9 at Stevens Park, a 602 -yard par 5. Looking back toward the tees which are alllllll the way back in that chute on the right side of the pic. First shot is downhill, with a LONG (about 240 yards) carry over a creek. 2nd shot is level, but you can see that slope there...the ball will be above your feet. 3rd shot is about 30 feet uphill to the square green. This course has a few of them...they are kinda neat!

Hello Tim. Stevens Park looks great. Iolol, I liked the square greens when I played there. Very interesting course.

Haha Jay...pretty much! I hit my drive over the creek into the fairway...that's a long carry with the persimmons! Fortunately it was downhill. I smoked my 3 wood for my 2nd shot, ball was a little above my feet but I held it straight at the right-hand portion of the fairway and it bounced down to the middle, about 20 yards past that cartpath you see crossing the fairway. Had about 90 yards straight uphill for my 3rd. Pulled it a little, had about 20 feet for bird...took 2 putts to get down though.

I don't think I've ever seen a square green?!! Cool. I'm thinking you must go Driver - Driver - and an eagle putt? Ha, Ha... grip and rip.
