Spent a lot of time at that spot for last year's AT&T. What you don't notice from this view is the tremendous slope on this piece of land. That fairway on the 6th is a good 300 feet below the 6th green, so the pros have a blind shot to that green. There is about a 150 foot drop from tee to green on that short little par 3 7th. They put stands at that knoll at the top and you are really looking down at the hole. The back tees for the 8th hole is just to the right of the 7th green. The pros hit their tee shot to within 50 yards of the edge of cliff and in elevation it's about another 300 foot climb. Then they hit their second shot over the ocean to the 8th green with all the bunkers around it. DON'T MISS RIGHT!
