Even with $3/day green fees the course has good ball washers, towels and a trash bin. Note the sand green behind me. These sand greens were treated with dust suppression mixture to keep the sand from blowing away and it made for quite a good putting surface. Great fun!!

With less than 10" of rain a year the tee boxes, if natural, would just be dust bowls and rocks. However, carpet isn't my fave either but golf is golf and I'll take carpet over not golfing. Thanks for all your kind comments 72Wannabe!
