Here's the 2nd shot on #16 at Stevens Park. Reachable par 5, but the green is blind and the second fairway is way uphill from the first...think #6 at Pebble Beach.

Oh, not far if you hit a good drive. I hit my drive about 290 (pretty good poke for persimmon!) and had 215 to the green. It was only maybe 100 yards to clear the junk from where I was, then another 100 or so to the front edge.
