Practiced wedges (1/2 ... 3/4 ... full) and irons up to a few 6-irons. I'm stupid and should've taken/posted a few photos from The Falls, New Ulm, TX, where I played yesterday ... but, whatever ... my 2013 season has begun.

1. It's Bryan Municipal's practice area, which ranks it third tier at best ... hence the Tatooine look.

2. Our grass did go dormant this year, something it almost always does though last year it almost didn't.

Dormant grass. We've even got some of that here after 4-5 days of freezing temp. at night. Short lived though. Back into the 60s this week.
