6/21/2011 11:46:31 PM After some looking and research he is actually an eastern copperhead snake. He does not have rattles like a Cainbreak or Eastern but shakes his tail the same when aggrivated. And they are more aggressive than a rattler. Glad I wacked him. |

6/21/2011 10:17:09 PM CO it is a little one. He was only 3.5 ft long. Not a bad boy yet. Birdie I did think about that but he was coiled next to the gas can and I was not sure if there was gas in the mower. I was gonna shoot him but did not want to have to deal with the police coming to my in laws house. |
