I currently am reading his book. Great book. He explains a bunch of the stuff that the media either didn't bother to tell the public or purposely left out. Like......he HAD to wait until the Governor of Louisiana declared that they needed Federal Aid before Bush could send help. Federal Government cannot just "barge in" when they feel like it. The woman governor did not think it was something she needed the Feds' help on........until it was too late. Even when Bush tried to convince her to make the declaration, she still said......"Give me another 24 hours".
