This is the sign at the first tee. This place is great. Three 9 hole courses to choose from: Canyon, Lake and Valley. You get 2 out of 3 for 18 holes. Lots of elevation, wildlife and wilderness. Plenty of challenging target holes. Beautiful course, about $100 incl cart.

LOL...I think I'll skip any courses that places "Beware of Rattlesnakes" at the first tee! I'm not to proud to say I'm scared! :)

i'm more scared of those snakes that pop out of a can.

Just don't look to hard for a lost ball.

Never seen a sign for it. Just used to watching for several snake species in these parts. Like David says, alway carry a club. I've seen people beat them to death with it, but I use it to beat on the ground as I walk. The snakes can generally feel the vibrations in the ground if I'm close and slither off before we get into a confrontation. I can't remember the last time I saw a snake since I started doing that. Wait, let me knock on some wood now...

Always carry a club with you when looking for your ball and never reach in a bush.

Beware of rattlesnakes? No need. No chance I'm playing there if those slimy bastards are slithering around.
