I saw this happen one time at a course. Guys got out of their cart by the green, grabbed putters and started to walk away and the parking brake let go. The cart rolled down a hill, hit a slope and jumped into the pond. Talk about hilarious. I understand what you are talking about, not being able to control the laughter. Sometimes the thought comes into my head and I still bust out laughing.

2 weeks ago at the course I play some one a tree so hard the cart could not be moved. The group was told they would not be welcome back. I asked if they have had any cart in the ponds and they said yes about 2 a year.

If a ranger saw a group carrying their own bags, and wet from the chest down, he could identify the culprits.

I continued playing, so I'm not sure what drama ensued at the clubhouse.
